How to Order (Non-Practitioners)

1. Find a practitioner
   Our DNA tests and reports are designed for professional use. If you are not working with a practitioner, this list of Lifecode Gx® trained practitioners may be useful.

2. Practitioner placed the order
   Your practitioner places the order and we send you a DNA test kit.

3. Take DNA sample
   The DNA test is a simple, non-invasive cheek swab that is easy to do at home. Please read our how to do the test document for more detailed instructions.

4. Return with the signed consent form
   There are no special storage or transport requirements and you can return any day.

5. Wait for the reports to be generated
   Approximately two weeks after the sample is received, we’ll contact your practitioner when the reports are ready. Please check with your practitioner for updates.

6. Additional reports
   Speak to your practitioner about adding reports to an existing order. After 6 months, we will require a new DNA sample.
